HAZARDS
IPM Hazards are designed to record identified hazards on either Job Sites or Equipment. Hazards are classified by Hazard Type and are graded or scored using a predefined matrix that looks at the likelyhood ranging from Not Likely to Extremely Likely and the impact ranging from Minor Impact to Catastrophic Impact. The scores range from 1 to 25.
The lifecycle of a Hazard is defined by the organisations own operating procedures and should be deployed using the Business Process Flow technology.
