EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICE WORK ORDER
Equipment Maintenance Service Work Orders are generated based on the Equipment Service Schedule or Generated on Demand for Reactive Services. When generated based on the Service Schedule they will automatically include the details setup on the service template.
A Service Details Panel contains information about the activities that should be executed on the piece of equipment whilst the Service items will include the Product Types required for the service. If the details for the Product Type has been maintained then the actual item requirements will be populated when the work order is generated.
Workflows are used to update the Equipment Service Schedule when the Actual Service Date and Actual Meter Reading are recorded.
