INCIDENTS
The IPM Incident Register provides a detailed record of the details of both project and non-project related incidents. The Incident record is broken up into a number of areas, many of which come pre-populated with relevant dropdown lists. Incidents also have a status, so that they can be managed through their life-cycle.
The incident register is supported by both an individual incident report form and an incident register listing all incidents by status. Incidents can be initially recorded in the Site Diary “Details” are and then work-flowed through to the main incident record. CRM Mobility option will also work well in the field allowing incidents to be recorded in a timely fashion.
