INSPECTIONS
The Audit and Inspection register is a numbered document entity designed to record the details of Proposed, current or executed Audits or Inspections.
The document is automatically enumerated and however the numeration is not set to include the job as part of its numeration by default although this is easily amended if required.
The document entity has a provision to store external documents and artefacts electrically. These are stored as standard associated files within the IPM methodology and not in one of the 3 Managed Document Libraries introduced in the 6.1.0.3 build.
The IPM Status values for this document entity are Pending, In Process and Closed. These can either be maintained using a workflow, business process flow or manually and can be reflected in the reporting.
There is a register of Inspections selectable by Status available from the reports drop down.
