PLANS
Plans are used to record the series of steps involved in achieving a particular objective. For example, there may be a plan to achieve a particular ISO accreditation. The steps involved in achieving this can be recorded as plan items under the overall plan.
Dashboards showing the outstanding items can then be used to track the progress of the plan.
